The company is a software firm specialising in media asset management (MAM), hierarchical storage management (HSM), business process management (BPM), transcoding and media distribution. Its products and solutions include: AST, which is a Hierarchical Storage Management (HSM) solution that offers unlimited distributed storage capability by managing any combination of data-tape robotic libraries with disk arrays in NAS and/or SAN configurations; Tarsys, which is a Media Asset Management (MAM) solution that provides a multimedia database supporting multiple formats and versions of assets, and enabling storage across a distributed archive architecture combining data-tape robotic libraries and disk repositories; Capture, which is an acquisition tool which takes audio and video material from any source and converts the content to a selected digital format; MPM, which is an application with two key roles, such as media workflow automation and enterprise-level integration platform; Ficus, which is a Business Process Manager (BPM) system in the broadcast industry; and Media Amigo, which is a cloud exchange platform designed for the interchange of content among users or systems located in different sites.
